Welcome to the Basic to Boss course! By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Basic to Boss course materials, you agree to abide by these terms of use.


  3. Course Access: Upon enrollment, you will receive one year of access to the Basic to Boss private group of student learners and one year of access to the weekly live group Q&A calls. Access to course materials will be provided through the Basic to Boss online platform.


  5. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and presentations, are the property of Basic to Boss and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any course content without prior written permission.


  7. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if requested within 30 days of enrollment and before consuming more than 20% of the course content. Due to the downloadable nature of the content, refunds cannot be honored once more than 20% of the course content has been consumed.


  9. Renewal Option: At the end of the one-year access period, you will have the option to renew your access to the Basic to Boss course materials for an additional fee.


  11. Limitation of Liability: Basic to Boss and its affiliates are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using the course materials or participating in the course. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


  13. Termination: Basic to Boss reserves the right to terminate your access to the course materials at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms of use or engage in any unlawful or unethical conduct.


  15. Governing Law: These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wisconsin.


  17. Updates to Terms: Basic to Boss reserves the right to update these terms of use at any time. You will be notified of any changes to these terms via email or through the Basic to Boss online platform.
